Pomfret Fry

This particular recipe is my favourite! Do try it and let me know how it turned out to be in the comment section. 
Ingredients 
1. 2-3 cm long piece Ginger 
2. 4-5 cloves of Garlic 
3. 6 Kashmiri red chillies 
4. A pinch of turmeric powder 
5. 1/2 tbs coriander powder 
6. Water
7. Salt to taste 
8. 250g Pomfret cut in pieces or whole pomfret 
9. Curry leaves 
10. 2-4 tbs Gram flour 
11. 1-2 tbs Malwani masala 
(You could even use 2 tbs ginger garlic paste)

Procedure-
1. To make the masala, in a mixer grinder add whole Kashmiri chillies, ginger, garlic (you could use ginger garlic paste instead of using ginger and garlic separately), some water and salt. 
2. Make it into a fine paste. 
3. Now to it add coriander powder and turmeric powder. Give it a mix. 
4. Pour the masala into a bowl and add to it Malwani masala and gram flour. 
5. The masala is ready. 
6. Before coating the pomfret with the masala, it must be made sure that it is washed clean. 
7. Once that is accomplished , coat the masala on the pomfret pieces well. 
8. In a pan, pour oil, enough to cover the base of the pan. Let it heat. 
9. Once the oil is heated gently put the coated pomfrets pieces one at a time. 
10. Let it fry for 5-6 mins and then turn it over, and again let it fry for another 5-6 mins. 
11. Pomfret fry is ready.
