Masala stuffed Bhindi

Hey food lovers, welcome to my blog. Since this is my first post I'd like to keep it simple yet delicious. I'd like to delight you with this simple masala stuffed bhindi. Hope you enjoy it. 
Ingredients- 
1) Bhindi (250gms)
2) curd (2-3 tablespoons)
3) salt (as per taste) 
4) red chilli powder(1tsp)
5) masala ( grind 5 red chillies, one tsp cumin seeds(jeera), one tsp dried and roasted grated copra and one clove of garlic) this grinding has to be dry grinding. Do not add water to this. 
6) finely crushed roasted ground nut (6 tbs)
7) Turmeric powder (a pinch or two) [haldi]
Procedure
1) cut index finger long tender Bhindi into two pieces, if it's longer then make it three pieces. 
2) Give a vertical slit to each piece to fill the stuffing 
3) To make the stuffing follow the sequence: 
a) Take the finely crushed roasted groundnuts in a bowl and add to it turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and  the finely ground masala.
b) pour 2-3 tbs of curd to it.
c) Mix the ingredients well. Addition of finely chopped coriander is optional. 
4) Fill the slit bhindi with the stuffing.
5) Take 5-7 tablespoons of oil into a pan to shallow fry ( on medium flame)the stuffed Bhindi.
6)Occasionally stir to avoid over frying. 
7) This stuffed Bhindi is ready to serve. 

Estimated cooking time with ingredients ready is 20 mins.
