Farfalle pasta

Farfalle pasta 

Ingredients 
1. 200g (approximately two cups) of farfalle pasta 
2. 10-12 cloves of finely chopped garlic 
3. 1tbs of Parsley 
4. 3-4 tbs of butter 
5. 3 tbs of grated cheese (you could use any type of cheese and can increase the quantity as well)
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil 

Procedure
1. Take a pan, add water, some oil and salt to it. In this add farfalle pasta. 
2. Let the pasta cook on a medium flame for about 8-9 minutes. 
3. Now pour the pasta into a colander so as to remove any excess water.
4. You could run cold water over the pasta too when in the colander. 
5. Now in a pan add some oil before adding the butter. This will prevent the from burning. To this add finely chopped garlic. 
6. Sauté it for a while. Add salt. 
7. Now add the pasta to the pan. 
8. Mix well. To this add parsley and sauté 
9. Add grated cheese to this and mix well. 
10. Your pasta is ready.
