Chicken Fry

Hey food lovers, I bring to you this delicious chicken appetizer. 
Ingredients: 
1. 250 gms boneless chicken cut into small pieces (chicken cubes about an inch long) 
2. 2tbs of pungent red chilli powder (tikha) 
3. Three-fourths of a tbs garam masala powder 
4. One-fourth Tbs cumin powder
5. One-fourth Tbs coriander powder
6. Salt to taste 
7. Half a lemon 
8. A pinch of turmeric powder 
9. Two tbs cornflour
10. Curry leaves
Procedure- 
1. Clean the chicken cubes fine. 
2. Add to it all the ingredients mentioned above expect cornflour. 
3. Squeeze half lemon over the preparation. 
4.Take a tablespoon of edible oil and mix the preparation well. 
5. Let the preparation marinate for about 20-25 mins 
6. After it is well marinated add to it the above mentioned quantity of cornflour to it. 
7. Take a pan and pour oil, about the base full of the pan.
8. After adequate heating of the oil put the marinated chicken cubes into the oil for shallow frying them. 
9. Shallow fry for about 10 minutes on medium flame. 
Serve with mayonnaise or mint mayonnaise.

[You can deep fry as well to make it crunchy.]
