Chicken Curry

This is one of my favourite recipes. Do give it a try and let me know if you liked it.
Ingredients-
1. 500 gms of chicken 
2. 12 big sized cashew nuts
3. 1 medium sized tomato 
4. 4 medium sized onions 
5. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste 
6. 4 tbs curd
7. A pinch full of shahjeera , clove and cardamom powder each. 
8. Half tbs of cinnamon  powder
9. 2 tbs Red chilli powder (pungent) [quantity may be increased as per you liking for pungent food]
10. Salt to taste
11. A pinch or two  of turmeric powder 

Procedure
1. Clean the chicken 
2. Boil the onions, tomato and cashew nuts together on medium flame for fifteen minutes in a cooker until two whistles on medium flame
3. Marinate the clean chicken with clove, cardamom, cinnamon, shahjeera, turmeric, salt and curd.
4. Take a vessel, pour oil enough to cover the base of the utensil in it. Let the oil heat and pour ginger garlic paste in it. Fry it for half a minute. 
5. Add the marinated chicken to this vessel. Let it cook until it gets a single boil. 
6. Remove the boiled onions, cashew nuts and tomato (skin removed)and put them in a mixer grinder. Make it into a fine paste. 
7. Transfer the paste into the boiling chicken preparation. Add 100 ml water to it.
8. Let it cook for about 10 minutes on low flame. 
9. Now add red chilli powder to the preparation and let it cook for another 10 mins. 
10. Cook it until oil floats on the surface of the curry. 
11. Ensure the curry is semi liquid. 
12. Garnish with coriander.
